This musical style, made up of textures, makes Kenor’s interpretations compose music through gesture, the very act of painting.
Each of them is the launch of a precise, final line that is born in a visceral way. Compose a work in which no line has the privilege over the others, no color prevails over the others. Its result is therefore that of generating a harmonious and coherent work of pure expressiveness.
The surface is not divided into coordinates, there is no expected composition. It is the work itself that takes its own rhythm, its own voice. Each gesture builds a line, each set of lines forms a sound, a rhythm. And it is the rhythm of each work that Kenor listens to and paints. He tells him which line he follows, which color is needed.
